Welcome to our restaurant, where the mountains are the backdrop and every meal is a feast on your plate.
Chef Oscar and his team will surprise you with seasonal dishes. They work with fresh produce from our own valley as much as possible and make everything themselves, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert.
’In the evening, you can choose from several menus. The Menu Saint Roch is our accessible house menu with three courses. For a more extensive introduction to the region's flavours, there is the Menu Terroir. Those who wish to be completely surprised can opt for the Menu Gourmet, where Oscar and his team give free rein to their creativity.
Quality and cosiness are central to us. Come for lunch on our sunny terrace or dinner in our warm restaurant with an open fireplace.

Lunch
Have lunch on our sunny terrace in the summer and winter months. Choose from our extensive lunch menu. In winter, our terrace is adjacent to the piste and ski lift. In the summer months, the lift is in use by cyclists and hikers. Then a warm breeze blows, you can take a dip in our swimming pool and play boules.
Breakfast
Start your day off right with our breakfast buffet. There is fruit, dairy, fresh juices, homemade cakes and granola. Of course there are fresh croissants. For a small extra charge, you can put together your own packed lunch.
Bar
Stop by our bar. We have local beer on tap. Or order one of our cocktails. Of course, the Tour de France, Six Nations League the World Cup will be broadcast on big screen.
Terrace
In summer, our terrace is open for lunch or a drink. With a warm breeze, a dip in the pool and a game of petanque, there is a relaxed atmosphere.
Caterings & parties
Eat together, celebrate together
Besides lunch and dinner, we also cater for parties and celebrations. This can be at our hotel, overlooking the mountains, or on location. From drinks and buffets to weddings and business meetings.
Catering at special locations is also possible, such as on top of a mountain, at a chalet or a cheese fondue for 100 people in an old cowshed. We also provide on-site delivery. We tailor everything to the moment, the place and your wishes. Contact us for the possibilities.
