GETTING HERE BY ROAD

(Coming from the north)

● 685 kms from Paris and 230 kms from LyonFollow the A48 motorway as far as Grenoble, then take the RN 91 towards Briançon by the Lautaret pass (col du Lautaret).
● At Briançon, take the RN 94 towards Embrun and Gap, as far as Prelles and Saint Martin de Queyrières, which are the northern gateways into the Pays des Ecrins.

(Coming from the south)

• 260 kms from Marseille.
• Follow the A 51 motorway as far as Tallard, then direction Briançon as far as La Roche de Rame, which is the southern gateway into the Pays des Ecrins

(Coming from Italy)

• Get to Oulx by motorway the take the Montgenevre pass (col de Montgenevre) as far as Briançon.
• Then follow the RN94 towards Gap as far as Prelles and Saint Martin de Queyrières, which are the northern gateways into the Pays des Ecrins.

GETTING HERE BY TRAIN (regular services)

• The SNCF (French national rail) run regular services from Paris, Marseille and Grenoble to the L'Argentière Ecrins train station.
  
• Direct TGV (fast trains) run to Oulx (in Italy) from Paris and Lyon.
• Shuttle buses and taxis then do correspondances to the Pays des Ecrins via Briançon.
